6 Hour IRDC Enduro, March 8th, Pacific Raceways
Anyone going to the 6 Hour IRDC Enduro on March 8th, at Pacific Raceways?
We (Bullet Racing) will be entering the Cup Car that we ran at the 24hrs, and may also have a Koni GT3 entered as an "Arrive-And-Drive".
If so, it'd be great for you to drop by and say "hi".
Not sure if many non-PNWR's would be attending, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Snowed out! Now I know why they run winter enduros in Florida.
After cancelling all but one of the morning practices to clear snow from the previous night, the race started on time at 11. The track was wet but conditions were decent. We had worked our way up to 4th overall and then about 1:40 into the race, the snow came back. Not a flurry, we are talking snowball sized flakes! The race was stopped and eventually called after a couple of hours of watching it snow.

Turn 8 is out there somewhere.

Sorry to hear that. I was feeling bad about missing it until I got a call saying they were expecting blizzard conditions. Oh well. Just a few months until the 12 hour.

Crazy!
Turned out we didn't end up going after all, as a few of our crew were quite sick, including our chief mechanic.
Looks like it would have been "fun" though...

Damn! We ended up getting inconsistent weather at PIR with sleet and snow and rain. I worked flags on Saturday and it was cold. Sunday I was at home working on the car but the weather was worse than Saturday with lots of sleet and hail. Wonder if they even finished up the day down here.
Too bad for the enduro up there Eric. Looks crazy white!

I'm still here sitting out in the paddock awaiting the restart...
Oh, and to tie it to the R888 rain tire comparison thread elsewhere, the R888s work great in slush and snow...
