Default 993 (964?) racers -- anyone have issue with strut sliding in camber adj slot?

Has anyone had an issue with their front strut sliding in the camber adj slot in the strut (hence changing camber)? I was thinking about making a plate with through hole in it to lock it in place, but figured I'd check to see if this is an issue at all. ...camber adj will be done via camber plates.

No issues. However, since on the race car the camber is adjusted vy the upper camber plate, there is no need for adjustment on the bottom beyond the initial adjustment. There are a number of processes on the front suspension that requires you to disassemble the strut to upright connection. Porsche Motorsport did exactly as you are suggesting and developed a series of plates that locked the strut to upright connection at a specific camber setting. You can then a) adjust the camber by a known amount (using a different plate) or b) retain the camber setting you've chosen when the suspension is disassembled.
