"Hosted by Classic BMW of Plano, we will be running the MSR 1.7 CCW config.

For the first time we will be hosting the Spec Boxter series with our race group. They follow identical 13/13 rules and should offer some good clean competition. Expect ~15 Boxters running in the low 2 minute range.

Schedule will most likely be Practice/Qualify/Race/fun Race Saturday. Practice/Qualify/ 1hr Enduro Sunday.

Should be interesting, since y'all will be lapping in "the low 2 minute range" we BMW's should lap y'all several times.

 

I suspect those are TWS times...

 

Best I've turned in the SPBOX so far is 1:24.0, but I still have some weight to pull out and an ABS issue that needs fixin'.

Sounds like the JP cars and spec boxsters should have some pretty good racing.

Hey, RobRonCurry, are you doing the NASA 8 hour enduro in your SPBOX in April?

 

Current plan is for Seth and I to do it in the 911. I think I'd rather run the SPBOX but Seth is a die-hard 911 guy. We'll see if he still is in the 8th hour after working that manual rack with 245s up front.

 

Methinks I will be in a SPBOX with 2 other suckers.
