Default Engine shippers?

Any names of companies that will ship a motor on a pallet for a reasonable fee would be appreciated. Seattle to Ohio. I can pick it up at a shipper's facility and probably have it dropped off too. TIA

+1, I have shipped 2-3 engines now plus transmissions etc. with forward air for about $140 or less. Everything has always arrived in the same condition it left.

Thanks guys. I used Forward Air to get my son's Kart from TX. I was just checking around. With the fuel surcharges etc now, the rates have gone up since I bought the kart.

DHL is very reasonable and pick up and deliver only to businesses. If you know a shop, it helps.
Ive delivered a few 928 engine short blocks for about $260

The seller got a quote he could live with through uship.com. I offered him a flat price for the motor to my town. Apparently he came close to what I was getting quoted through Forward Air and BAX that I used as my basis for the offer. Hopefully this is not one of those deals like the car transporters that try to bid it out and it ends up taking a month to get here. Not that I am in any hurry.

Avoid UPS like the plague....they busted up a set of mahle pistons on the way to the engine builder and chipped the cooling fins on the oil pan......UPS couldn't really figure out what happened.

I know what happened.........the mentally challenged employee crated it up badly.
