2004 GT3 Possibly for Sale

What if her motivation has as much to do with wanting to get out of that GT3 as it does anything else? An interested buyer would find that side of the equation more relevant. I'm not saying that I'm an interested buyer, of course,
but if I were, I'd want to know why she wants out of the GT3, and would care little about why she wants in to a Cup Car.
Well, she goes through cars fast, and a cup car would maker her even faster in that respect.

A 997 cup would be a completely different story.

Guess we'll never know if my cute cab - as you diss'ed it the other day - could have kept up with your GT3. Oh well, it's probably better that we don't know
So does this mean that you'll be changing your Rennlist name again? From Caygirl to Blondurant, to... what?
Hmmm... a girl in a cup car....
How about DeeCUP, the member formerly known as Blondurant and Caygirl?

Eye of the beholder. Glad you have a good one too!
Faster, more durable. Did I mention faster?
Caymans are NOT up to snuff for the track unless you pour some serious cash to get them there. And even then I'm not so sure. The GT3 has a shelf life just like the Cup. Both will last past the expiration date if your a good, smooth driver (still working on this). I don't think I'm ready for a Cup, I am ready for a Cup! But I do appreciate you comments.

You had a cayman and you sold it for the GT3 a few months ago. Your GT3 is far from stock and you think you're ready for a cup. Don't get me wrong, it's your money but before I would jump to a car that has a countdown meter before rebuilt, I would practice and learn as much as I could on a car that is somewhat similar but long lasting like your GT3.

A 996 cup car isn't what I would call high-strung. It's a 996 GT3 with a little more hp, a lot less weight, better gearing and a whole bunch of safety equipment. It seems to me that it's a much more practical DE car than a highly modified GT3. It will be safer and hold it's value much better than a street car.

I agree to get the cup assuming you have a big budget. The big difference between the cup and your GT3 is you can race the cup in GTC3 PCA races, which brings a whole new level of satisfaction vs. just doing laps, at least to me it does. The $$$ go up though, I spent on average about $10K a race weekend (tires being a sizable chuck of it, assuming you do the PCA practice day and enduro as well as sprints, alot of track time). Something always seemed to break on the car during a race weekend, and adds to cost.

I think you'd look pretty darn cool in a tricked out yellow GT3. I've gotten a few inquiries but who knows, may have it for a bit longer and we might just mix it up after all. Blondurant stays but thanks for the other suggestion. Very clever for a man that quotes Plato.
Nah, the third degree burn is on the driver of the race prepped car that I just passed in all of my cuteness, while he says to himself "WTF???" This bug bites back

AND my car is cuter than your car. Ha ha ha!!!!
