Porsche High-Performance Driving Handbook (Paperback)
by Vic Elford (Author)

I have that book, but the 10-16 year old version with the red 964 on the cover. Nice book for basics and he covers some interesting racing stories. Some interesing points on alwasy stick in my mine about rally stages, gearing and some driving antics back in the day. I found it education and enteraining, but I was also a track novice (actually never been to the track) and so many concepts were newer to me. There are better "educational books" out there. Still a nice book to have just for the stories. In fact I may read it again not so much for the driving tips, but the stories. I am certain I can learn more from his metal approach right now that I probably glossed over all those years ago.
