Default winter storage of tires

I keep my tires in my enclosed trailer in the winter. Will the cold temps have any affect on hoosiers?

Thanks, Mike

Yes.
Generally not accepted practice for R compound tires. Should always be stored above 32degF
Here is an advisory from Nitto regarding their R compounds and winter storage:

The result is often cracking of the tire.

Keep them away from motors (or anything else that can generate ozone)
Keep them bagged and off of concrete (moisture).

Unfortunately, after winter storage/freezing, the cracks will often not be evident until the tire is put thru a heat cycle and/or put thru mechanical stress......bad time to have the tire delaminate.
