You're joking right? Does it have a flat panel aero underbody? Does that wing have active aero? Do you have a dead flat HP curve? What about transmissions, you couldn't get a better one in there? Do you have adjustable swaybars, and dampers?

I'm not sure there's any car ever that was built to the top of the rules. That is, no improvements could be made due to rule constraints.

nope, I see what you mean. I don't have active aero on the car or a sequential transmission.
