Went to NT-01's at the beginning of this year from a set of R6's and like them a lot better than the R6 for the same reasons many have posted already. I wouldn't go back to Hoosiers!

Holy Cow really mid to upper 20s.... I have been running 36/38 at 3300 lbs GT3. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated

I always heard from the guys that used RA1's that they ran them close to 40, so I tried that with the Nitto and wasn't impressed. Tire felt a lot better in the 33-35 range. Haven't tried high 20's.

I run 26/28 or thereabouts hot -- same as with RA1s. It's been years since I ran them anywhere close to 40, and I get a lot of life out of each set. (I'm aware that it's out of step with what Toyo recommends.) I'm running a fair amount of camber, something like -2.2/-3.2.
But I don't know if it will work for a car that weighs that much. My fear with a 3000-pound car would be that you're going to generate too much heat and they'll get greasy very quickly.

One more happy NT01 customer. Run a 6GT3 and like others started at 36/38 hot, have dropped to 35/37 hot and will try lower next year. They defintely don't like anything north of 38 lbs hot. A bit over $1000 for the set at Discount Tire is the best price I could find. 315's on 11's work fine on the 6GT3 in the rear. No rubbing except when brand new at full lock on the fronts. Camber is 2'50" F and 2' rear.

I ran them last season and was pleased with the tire. I agree with assessments of others before me. My tire pressures were a little different, though. On to the track at 29 and off at 38 +/- but my track weight last season was 3690.

On my 3150 lb BMW I run ~38-40 psi hot. I don't have any tire temps to prove that's optimal though. I also run ~-3.5* of camber in the front and ~-1.8* in the rear.

I started using them this year. Wear is pretty good, and the price is good. About 1 sec slower than an MPSC on my car. I moved to them over cups because it is very difficult to get heat into cups with my car (2700lbs) in cooler temps. The Nitto does not have the same issue, and hopfully they will be fast to the cord and not heat cycle out like the cups.
I ran them back to back and they were exactly 1-1.5 slower than the MPSC. They were a little older too and had been run full tread, both sets.
The NT-01 have the best grip on the rear I've felt, including R6's, MPSC and Yoko Slicks. If they were more precise on the front end, they'd be killer. They are just a tad mushy on the front compared to the really sharp (IMO) MPSC. FWIW, my car was between 3720 and 3920 without or with pasengers. The MPSC seem more affected by the extra weight because the gap widened without passenger to ~1.5 seconds.
Certainly an excellent DE tire. No clue about racing them.
