Default Wild Looking Boxster Race Car For Sale

I happened to notice eBay auction #320314457976 for a wild looking Boxster race car. Is anyone on this list going to buy the car and run it in the US? Anyone know anything about the owner or witnessed the performance of the car?

Jeff

seen the pics before and love the look of it! From emmory I can only imagine with that power and lack of weight it would be a BEAST!

The minute I saw this thread I thought Huntley Racing (aka Derek Khajavi) and sure enough in one of the pics is the car in a shop with a HR sticker in the background...haha.

From the sellers name it looks like someone else bought it and finished it - I know near the end of HR he had a boxster race project he was working on.

Hmmmm...

If it had anything to do with HR, I'd run screaming. When it comes to taking over HR project cars, I speak from some experience.

John;
Going OT here;
All respect in the world to your car building and driving skills - but isn't your sig line a little over the top?
Calm down a bit.

That car is RE-listed, having failed to sell on the first round.

The Boxster that is, not John's sig.

Man, I'm gonna be glad when Tuesday's here and everyone can go back to thinly veiling their xenophobia.

Meh. Political speech is best balanced with more speech, not less.

Let's keep in mind that neither political party is anywhere near libertarian and they're both for strict construction of the Constitution provided that it's constructed to yield the result that they want! In the past 8 years, my Government has claimed the ability to spy on me, listen to my phone calls, and strip search me without cause. I would/could write in a vote for Ron Paul, but he won't win!

_______________

Back on topic: The Boxster looks phenomenal. Destined to be one of many orphaned experiments, though.
