I don't think that people think that, I do think people are thinking about long term. My $.02 are that the future of our country's economy requires a better investment in education, specifically in science, computing, etc and in a sound energy strategy. In reality both candidates suck and I'd rather vote for a moderate Libertarian but nobody's electable.
