Nearly every motorclub in almost every country in the world is a member of the FIA. This came out during the Max Mosley sexcapade episode. BTW, AAA and the largest German equivalent had a vote of no confidence in Max, it was the bulk of the autoclubs from 3rd world countries that put the vote count in Max's favor.
