Also, I am considering a getting 996 coupe track car. With being 6'3", would I be able to use a roll bar, with a sunroof, or is it necessary to look for a non-sunroof car. Or is it best to move a roll bar back and forth in my current cab?

6'6" here and THE best fit for any tall guy in a 996 is GT3 shells with the BK lowering brackets. Fit great. Plenty of legroom with a TON of headroom.

If GT3 seats are not on the menu due to the price, I would also recommend the the new Sparco Evo 2 Plus. They have a taller back and you can still get the lowering brackets from BK.

Good luck.
