Default Help with Koni Shock adjustments

I think I have this right but I'm not 100% sure
I have Koni double adjustable shocks (yellow) on my S2. There is a blade type adjustment on the top of the shock, and a dial on the bottom. Which directions stiffens on the top and the bottom? Which is rebound, and which is compression?

On the rear, I have Koni 3012 in the rear. Adjustment is on the bottom. See picture. Same question. Which direction is stiff vs. soft?

Thanks in advance.

Don

Don
I have the same set up. On the front the bottoms should have numbers. Top clockwise is firm, although I do have it written on the tower in case I’m not paying attention.
We should compare notes on settings I'd love to run you're time at WGI... Best for me has been 216. Rears should be the same. I honestly have only set up the car once and left it alone. Have you changed spring rates or just looking to play with settings?

IIRC, top is rebound, bottom is bump.

I have the same 30 series shocks on my car as you have in the picture above. I *think* it works like a faucet -- counter-clockwise is "more". (edit: I see others in posts above disagree ... they're probably right!) You can confirm this by removing the spring and compressing the shock manually, and seeing which adjustment makes the shock stiffer.
