If he had hit you while you passed or run you off the track, then you wouldn't need to ask this question in a thread because you would already know the answer. You've got to consider what the other driver is expecting - and it's not you up along side him.

Are any situations in a DE where passing w/o a signal would be tolerated?

You should have listened to me and got that triple layer nomex suit while you had the chance

, because by the time this thread is over anything other than triple layer will be charred like no tommorow. I suggest you simply hoist one of these

and hope the thread dies quickly

Seriously though, Paolo, once you start racing (and what ARE you waiting for?) you will find a lot more patience for the dunderheads at DEs who can't seem to do more than one thing at a time.

Then why in hell did you post this to begin with? Guy spins and you go by is NOT a pass.

Sometimes I think you just try to find a way to come up with crap that will just make most of us just shake our head in disbelief.

Come on folks, this guy's attention getter for last season was "when are you going to put on those R compounds you already have...you are SO ready for them". This year his ATTENTION getting device is "when are you going to get into racing...you are SO ready for it".

BTW, the carrera got promoted to Black the next session.......
