I heard good things about the Country Inn in Millville, but I could not get reservations there for several dates when I plan to be on the NJMP tracks, including the Riesentoter advanced day on 9/29. I did reserve it for our DE there on 10/17-19 and the rate was about $80/night.
For the DelVal BMW DE on 8/22-24 the Country Inn was also full, so I reserved the Holiday Inn Express in Vineland. That was $162 for three of the nights and $180 for one night!
The Quality Inn, I am told by a club member who scouted it out, attracts the hourly-rate working women crowd. I don't know that first hand.

Quality Inn whorehouse in Millville, very close to the track. The Country Inn was booked for the race days.. Are you back in the states? Stop over to see progress or talk to Julio?

I booked it yesterday based on price and any on-line reviews (as unreliable as they are) I could find. Some of the hotels I called three weeks ago have gone from $85 to $200/night and some are requiring minimum stays. Now that's economic development!

Call the hotels directly, as they usually have a couple of rooms withheld from their on-line reservation systems. I just called the Country Inn this afternoon and got a room with king bed for $125. ($95 for the Schattenbaum 7/21-22 event and the NNJR 9/5-7 event)
