Default Nascar Wheels

Wow, Tire Rack has even jumped on the bandwagon... It's a sad day.

Styles for both cars and trucks capture the spirit of the race and captivate the imagination. The line includes the Hauler 2, a NASCAR®-inspired, alloy wheel for the street. This design and all NASCAR® by Victory Wheels designs feature a cast NASCAR® logo on each wheel.
I just threw up in my mouth a little bit...

BMW and Porsche guys have been putting pretend race car wheels on their street cars to look cool for a while now.

Relax you "Euro Car Snobs" Those black w/ red stripes don't look much different then some of the wheels Porsche guys often sport on their red/black GT3s. The second wheel sort of has an old-school look which isn't bad. the bottom one is too modern for my taste, but on a modern muscle car..maybe. Except for the center caps, all those wheels don't look bad IMO...it's not like they're painted orange.

Honestly, if you were a big Nascar fan running around in your modded Mustang GT, Pontiac GTO, etc. is that so much different than what we do to Porsches? I am probably going to end up w/ a car that looks much like a 934 replica... so I am going to knock a guy who wants NASCAR rims?? How may of us have "replica" this or so and so 'look" Porsches?

I just think it's funny, that's all. The 'Hauler 2' wheel sure does look like an American Racing wheel from 10 years ago.

Yes, they do look just like the AR rims. I kinda always liked them on the right type of car. I hate the Chip Foose school where you put 19" & 20" rims and low-pros on old American muscle....now that is sickening.

I think that the Hauler 2s would look good on my trailer.

I thought you were making NASCAR-redneck joke and were going to write "on my trailer home".

But I do have simulators on my black and grey trailer that I keep losing...maybe I need NASCAR wheels too

You should have lattice work covering the blocks to class it up a bit...I do!

Dude, you don't take the wheels off the trailer. How are you going to move when evicted from the lot? The car goes up on cinder blocks.

Nice picture John. When was that taken, about 10 years ago?

Wait a second, there's something wrong with that. Why does his mouth look so much like GWB's?

All politics aside, I think it is a funny picture.
