Ah, details. At least they're not making 7/8 scale replicas like Smoky Yunick did...
I just want to say that they do use the same heavy chrome-steel mesh CTSV grille that my employer makes for the factory production line. Fills us up with pride at seeing one of our grilles on the track.

Just did the Nurburgring on Sunday with perfect weather, no motorcycles at our time, and as our luck would have it, a certain Sabine Schmitz at the wheel. After drifting full opposite lock through an S curve, she slapped me on my thigh, saying wasn't that fun!

Sunday was a bit hectic with all the closures, but it sure was nice to get in a few motorcycle-free laps!
