In this kind of tarmac rallye it really makes you understand the expression of the instrument being an "extension of the body."

That is some driving and

+1 on this

1) These guys are unbelievable drivers

The Mcrae they are talking about is Jimmy Mcrae , the late WRC champ Colin Mcrae father. Rally stuff is always breathtaking , the driver gets his driving instructions from the navigator , who never really knows how out of control and close to death the whole deal is ....

I'll do it for $5K per race and I get to wear my 2 foot diameter helmet.

Hmm...in a multiple G crash, that should be just enough weight to pull your head clean from your neck.
