I've seen pretty much F1 clip out there but this one was new to me, AMAZING car control, up there as one of the best passes I have ever seen. Enjoy!!!!

That is awesome but nowhere near with this Gilles Villeneuve & Rene Arnoux classic.
Narrated by Clarckson, and I wholeheartly agree with his last sentence.

Todays cars are too aero dependent, and the handling goes away when you get close to another car. Carbon fiber suspension will not take the punishment of touching wheels, repeatedly.

That was a great battle. I disagree with what Clarckson was saying about today's drivers though. It is the cars that won't allow battles like this, not the drivers.

Last race in Australia was pretty good too although there Kimi ended up in gravel like Clarckson suggests...
Taking out the computer crap definitely made F1 better, more entertaining to watch.

Massa vs. Kubica doesn't have the same ring but you have to admit this is a wild last lap. Maybe it takes a lot of rain but these kind of battles can still happen.

Finn I have to agree with that being the most classic duel of all time, at least that they captured on tape. I just have seen that like 100 times (it never gets old) this was just the first time I had seen this pass and I love the car control piquet shows especially considering who hes passing. I agree with you the modern cars could pass like that (I think no aids will help) but ................they need to cut the downforce in half or in my opinion a full 4 times less, to get truly great racing this aero push which is starting to happen in all series is one of the most detrimental things ive seen happen to racing in along time. The car in front should not have the advantage, if anything the car behind should with the draft.
