Those radio frequencies mentioned in the first post are "Broadcast RPU" frequencies, and are not "ALMS" or even "motorsport"-specific. Depending on where you are in the U.S. of A., you might end up hearing a helicopter traffic report, the jabbering of two Techs trying to align a set of microwave dishes, or news photographers reporting back in that they've left the Municipal Dog Catcher's press conference.
At Sebring, they obviously were used by the TV production crew for cueing and "IFB" (techno-weenie TV production term for "screaming in the meat-puppet's ears when they say or do something stupid"-equipment).
Each venue, and each TV production truck & crew may be using different frequencies (and even different technologies) for cueing and IFB.
Your best bet is to buy a programmable scanner that has a "scan" function, and do some searching.
