DE Run Group

25 DE weekends (50 track days) would mean that you would be running a DE almost every weekend (if you are in the north or northeast). For most people, that would lead to burnout (for driver and car). Even here in Texas where we can run almost year round, 50 track days in a year would be grueling at the least. That would average to running every other weekend if you are running a year round schedule.

From VA to Canada, you can run most tracks every day of the week from April through November or so. You can do many days consecutively if you sign up for multiple back-to-back events at the same track. Our Region is doing two events back-to-back in July for 5 days consecutively at two different tracks. I have seen people run every day for an entire week at the same track during the summer.
50 is a lot of days (I have never hit 40), but can be done fairly easily from a schedule standpoint.

[QUOTE=himself;5114093]25 DE's is way more than even appear on our schedule down here. In Texas, you might find 10 if you are diligent and have a very flexible schedule, and are willing to travel. Good luck on 25!
I think I have 25-30(includes a few races) planned for this year...thats not going to be easy, but its doable!

I actually mean 25 DE days not weekends.
Thanks guys for the great input, as everyone is aligned in their feedback I will try and listen to the advice
Looking forwards to it more than ever. (especially as I have just spent the day refurbishing my track wheels!!)
