Is anyone that is going interested in any of the following:
1. Set of front rotors - Brembo slotted with floating hats - for a 996 GT3 or Cup. They were used for a couple of DE's, but now I have to use stock cup rotors for GTC3 Club racing. They are in excellent shape. $600 pair (paid about 1200-1300).

2. 996 GT3 calipers front and rear. Fronts were rebuilt and used 1 or 2 DE's. They are not pretty (scratches/dirty), but they work great. Fronts are yellow and rears are red. (Someone ambitious could clean and paint them and they would look great). $1,000 for all.

3. Set of front AND rear PAGID RS4-4 for a Cayman S. Used for 1 DE. $200 for set

Please email me or PM me and I can bring to VIR this weekend. I need to know by Wednesday night.

But for some of the people who post less, some form of ID should be made.

I still think rennlist/6speed should meet at Toms trailer before lunch so we can kind of shake hands and meet or whatever if we havent done so already. The mornings can be kind of hectic.
I'm in car number 37.

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING

TROOPER PATROL HEAVY

I have heard from a good deal of people that VA and surrounding states very recently upped its patrol or highways 10 fold. They are ticketing for next to nothing over the limit. Lets not take ANY chances. Make sure that you arent the one who loses their license (not hard in VA) right before a de event because you are going 85-90 mph on 95 or whereever you are driving.

And for those that dont know, radar is illegal in VA. Watch your speed!

The spoiler on my roof keeps my speed down pretty good...usually don't go over 70. I guess I could still get a ticket at 55 though, will keep a look out, thanks.

Small towns on route 58 are notorious for ticketing for 5 mph over. I think tickets are their primary source of revenue. Fortunately Virginia just repealed a law with $1000+ penalties for more severe infractions which was instated to fund highway maintenance.

We got the same warning when we were preparring to leave Summit Point (Winchester, VA) and go down to Roanoke on I-81 last Sunday.

We counted 22, YES, 22 State Troopers and most were on the side of the road giving out tickets. We heard that they were ticketing anything 5 or more MPH over the posted limit.

Be safe comming down.

I'd advise downloading a copy of the "You can pass me now waiver" before hitting the road. Sign and show that to the cop - you'll be good-to-go.
