For racing purposes, the phrase "Conceit cometh before the fall" can be changed to "Conceit cometh before the big one". This is a young man who will have 2 broken ankles before much longer. Hope he wakes up.

Well Dempsey had good company... I think it was a guy named Jeff Gordon who did the same thing last year at the 24 hour.. and a guy named Hamilton who lost the F1 championship on pit in... can happen to anyone at anytime I just bet it is embarassing as hell when it does .
I'll say this, Demspey finished the race !
I wonder if Big Frank was mis qouted.... Newman, McQueen , James Garner, Tommy Smothers, Bobby Carradien , Coach ....
I watched Jason Priestley at Sears Point , two laps down behind the lead car under a yellow flag ,with everyone stacked up, rear end the lead car in 6 and put him into the tire barrier and out of the race . I hear that Southwest airlines tone.......

Often in a sports movie at least one aspect is ok and then some times as i.e. Miracle (movie about 1980 Lake Placid Hockey) both parts are good.
