Default New Race Series

With NASA N.E.'s support we finally got this new series going. Would love to hear some feedback. http://www.porschechallenge.com

We're hoping to be recognized on a national level by this time next year. So far we have twenty racers that will be running with the Porsche challenge so far.

I hope GTS stays strong and is not bleed by 'new race series creep'.

Is this the same class they refer to in "Excellence" this month?

Looks like fun.

Why another series? Nasa already supports GTS Challenge and 944 Cup.

Default New Race Series

The GTS Challenge is not that big in the N.E. yet, so we're hoping to add more racers by starting the porschechallenge series. Last season we ran with the 944 cup series and found that there were lots of Porsche's that ran in different classes with very similar times. We are trying to get a Porsche run group with similar times on the track in ONE rungroup.

Is this something Porsche has blessed? Just wondering since you're using their name and they are pretty strict on that.

Where do D-class (old G-class) SC's fit? Is there only room for them if they run with what would be an old F-class prepared SC?
