It gives me some error about a bad file (can't remember the name) and then it continues loading but I have to press enter or escape also a couple of times, but the track looks good, nothing like Carlos.

Converted tracks all have to have "something" wacky about them.. Can't wait to see if the pace car works or he is a transporting kamakazie like the one at Sebring. Rolling starts are a bit safer..

After the last start I may start at the back and work my way up.

When practicing offline I start at the back. It keeps you out of the mess at the start and teaches you how to make passes to work your way up.

nah, not yet. i first had to fix an error message (gmotor blah blah...), found the fix and the track, at the very least, is running. i am going to go to rscnet to figure out if there are others out there with the same problem. i'll play with display settings too but not holding my breath.

road america is a wacky track, very tight and feels like you hare going downhill all the time.

ok, it looks like it's all fixed. still, the track texture is really crappy, still kinda glittery. the pit tarmac looks much nicer. is this what you guys get?

Looks similar to mine, how did you fix the gmotor error, that's what I get too?

I don't get the error, are you hitting a key to get the progress bar to move? Where are you getting the error, in the Monitor screen?

On another note, the Pace Car for a rolling start works perfectly (I just tried a race) so we will have a standard PCA start for this one. I'm going to pop on now for some MUCH needed practice.. I SUCK but I like the bumps!

I get the error as it starts loading the track, I press OK and it goes away, then I have to hit escape a couple of times to continue the loading process. But then everything's fine.

It doesn't bother me, and it's not related to the server since it does it localy.

I'm just curious about the gmotor error.

If you want, DL my RA folder and overwrite yours with it to see if it's an install error..
