I would also be more careful in buying a non club race prep'd car. You will typically find that the suspension is far from done and you may end up ripping it out and making the car stiffer.

Colin...I will pay the most attention to this detail as I would need to rip out my PSS9's if I stay with my car.

Jamie;

Do the wise thing, sell the 993 and buy a Porsche with the engine in the right place, the front.

Good luck with the upgrades.

And that's why all open wheel race cars have the engines in the front.......

Mark,

Dont forget the 500 Hp mustang that he just put a new motor in.

Me..."Uh Doug, will this motor handle all the HP? What with the supercharger and all the other crap you put on it."

Doug...."Oh yea, no problem."

Crated motor from Georgia now in the car. I don't think she reads Rennlist so Doug is safe. Frankly I'm not sure what he tells her. I am relativly sure she doesn't know he blew a motor. Car was on trailer and gone for some time....or course he adds/deletes body mods like I change underwear...almost weekly.

Joe,

The engine is in the front of your car? Were do you put your luggage?

Side note....just toured Millville today and rode the smaller track in a truck. Awesome facility.....40 minutes from home! The scale of the place is huge. They have already made some changes but seem to be on schedule. Local paper anounced today a Grand Am race there in Sept.

Hmmm...I've preferred to refer to his transmission, lest "wanting his tranny" be purposefully misconstrued by my online friends!
