A native born Austrian, Karl in 1982 was asked to crew for Brun Motorosports. Karl prepared the Porsche 962 for Brun for IMSA and the World Endurance Championships, and won the World Chmapionships in 1986. And if your old enough to remember, that was the ultimate in sports car road racing at the time and still one of the great highligts for Porsche in road racing. Not often do you get to meet and race with someone who went over the wall at places like Fuji, Nürburgring,Brands Hatch,Spa-Francorchamps, etc. taking Porsche to a World Championship. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1986_Wo...ionship_season
