WTB Pirelli Slick 245/645/18 D5
I recently put out a call for some Michelin rears and Jerseybean was able to help me.
Those tires are no longer made so what I really need is what I have been using, the Pirelli slicks. Bob Woodman has the rears for me but NO more fronts and does NOT expect to receive any for the remainder of the year.
Please someone help. I prefer new but won't be too picky.

That is odd, I just ordered and received last week 3 complete sets of Pirelli slicks with the front tire you specify. They were ordered from Bob Woodman.
