I bet that Alonso will take out Hamilton in the next race. He tried in the last one but Hamilton had a lot of run off room.

I think the FIA would ban him for that.

It won't be that obvious, I think he is smarter and more skilled than that. A little tangle in the first corner or at the start would be hard to prove deliberate.

It's not in Alonso's interest to take out Lewis as he is behind in points with only 3 races left. It has to be a mechanical break down on Alonso's car. The FIA already said they are watching McLaren very carefully to make sure that everything is on the up and up and there is no monkey business, i.e. no forgetting to put fuel in the car or lug nuts on the wheels, etc.

I wonder, if it won't be better just to fire Alonso, and get over it???

He's proven he's not smart at all with being a mischevious driver like MS. Had he just stalled the engine instead of sitting in the pitbox when this all started the season would probably not be seeing all this drama.

You assume that because Ron Dennis says he was blackmailed that he actually was...what does that say about you?

I, on the other hand, make no assumptions about British justice or trickery.

The FIA penalty should have been that Ron Dennis' McLaren drivers for 2008 would be Ralf Schumacher and Giancarlo Fisichella.

I was wondering if anyone else saw that dirtbag run Hamilton off road in the first lap. But from the way he handled it, maybe Hamilton was expecting that sort of maneuver from the dirtbag.

I think Ron would've preferred to sit out the '08 season than run those two at his team.
