Default 996 3.6L Motec Combo?

This is a non Cup Car Question. Has anyone had any racecar experience with a 3.6L 2004 996 motor using the M800 series Motec system? Any insight into wiring harness costs? Any insight into final output, or even ballpark hp on pump gas or race fuel? I'm interested in a conversion for 100% race purposes and would like to make the change with as much info as possible. Any thoughts?

I've done a conversion on an early Cup car which has a similar DME version. I was able to splice into the original harness for the sensors and actuators. It really should not be a big deal. You can also use an M600 (6cyl) ECU and save some cost.

We don't use Motec, but we typically see 370-380BHP out of a 993 , 3.6 with TB system and full standalone, wireharness etc.....on a race engine i would op for a full harness as an old harness could be plaqued with issue from aging .......
