Q2: We based on the Cayman S and it's original motor and gear box, but with a lot of changes:
motor: Up to 377hp through classical tuning and the X51 kit
gear box: original gearbox,
We just take the X51 kit from the 3,8l Carrera engine ...
It's 377 PS (german) or 276,5 kW, hope this is clear ?

Yep - pop on over to Farnbacher-Loles and check out the GTR http://www.farnbacherloles.com/street.asp
The F-L Cayman GTR uses a complete drop-in 997 X-51 engine, they don't add the X-51 kit to the Cayman S engine.
