Try as many as you can, and buy the one that fits the best, is the lightest, and is in your budget. I have a Bell M3, and had an Arai motocross helmet. Don't know how the Arai auto helmet fits, but will look closely when time to replace my M3. The Arai fit better (my face), and was much lighter than the Bell (but a good bit more expensive).

Translation. Per testing foam neck braces don't improve your safety at all in cars. A H&N system does. A foam ring around your neck is not a H&N system.
Good info here. Correct type, good fit, lightest weight you can afford. Add an H&N system If you can.

Comfort is most important...they all have to meet the same minimum regulatory safety requirements.
Schuberth is nice, light and made just for you...the down side $$. Arai's are comfortable, as are OMP's and Stand21's...Bell is a bit heavy for my liking, keyword there is MY...
Good luck!!

I find this works as good as a Hans for me and for 70.00 , well worth it ....

I just picked up a HJC helmet. It fit better than my OMP Vision and Bell M3 and it was much cheaper. Fortunately, the race track had a shop with several makes and models so I could try on a bunch.
My neighbor just bought a Leat to use while motorcross racing.
