Yeah, it's really too bad those 993s are so uncompetitive in "D" class

Thank goodness that "lowly SC" only lapped me one time in the first sprint on Sunday! Jim was pedaling pretty good all weekend.

And OBTW, who was that masked RSA that passed me on the outside (in the grass!) on the first practice start?

Hell, he was 4 seconds faster than all the others in his group in qualifying!!!!

I consider him to be "the best" driver in our region.

Yeah, but did you see my move on him at the start????? He said he was cussing me out in the car...... He was trying to push Keith out a little and left me just enough room.

I forgot about that. That was sooooo cool. I couldn't believe he held it. I kept looking over at you guys and I almost lost my line.

George, I have to give you credit, that was a very cool pass into Rattlesnake. Jim must have been on your a$$ the rest of the way, because I could see you looking in the mirror. Jim rebuilt the engine on my 3.2 Carrera this Spring. When I congratulated him after the race I told him that I hoped he had put some of that magic in my engine.

Thanks for posting the video, you always have some great ones.

Jim is an exceptional mechanic & an outstanding driver. That is a hard combo to beat! His car is usually very well prepared, his set-up is nuts on & he can drive the wheels off damn near anything. Oh, & he's a nice guy to boot

Toby, I had a run and went outside of you thinking as a rookie you might lift, not. Nice job on your first CR weekend.

Steve,

I know. I do have to admit that I was nervous that the mud might get you going. It was good practice for me! You did well too that weekend!
