Thanks for the info Ray.

Shame about the big hits, and to expensive cars.

If you're at TRAC, stop by and say hello. I'll be at the Eurosport trailer, and we'll probably have a turtle pond set up somewhere

The average line everyone was taking was a bit different this year. In years past very, very few people used the entire track out area. During DE's maybe 1 in 30-40 were using all the track and during the club races maybe 1 in 15-20 were using all the track.

While this year the number of people letting the car run all the way out to the outside of the turn was much higher and much more consistent. I think this is due to the wall being much further away on the entry and people aren't waiting as long to turn in now that the bridge is no longer there.

While it may not seem like much there is a small difference in the way people are taking the turn.

That car was a mess.. I was down by 14 looking at the gorgeous GT3 RS that was parked down there when the accident happened. What a thud it made. Guy seemed OK, tho (had a HANS on, FWIW).

Sorry, I only shot a total of 4 shots and they were all of one car so only one shot. I was showing a few racers around the track that were out from Seattle for a wedding and didn't get much shooting time.

He runs Group 2 IIRC, they share the red 928.
I was in group two with him. Additionally, it would not bother me if "she" past me in that car. It has BIG power and they have take a ton of weight out of that car (including all the glass in the rear, it's all plexi now).

I have his name at home (I'm out of town on business). I'll post it when I get home.

I was just pulling your chain, she is a very accomplished driver. Agnes was in the same group at Paul (in the yellow 928). Jean-Louis was in the other group.

This is his "new" car after an incident in the kink last year with the gray car. This car is a bit heaver than the previous one. Setup for DE now, back to club racing down the road.
