Can anyone recommend a good way to install my Throttle and Steering Sensors?
Here is my throttle sensor: http://www.race-technology.com/throt...y_10_1426.html
I would like to install it on my n/a '84 944. Do you have any good tips/pictures on the best way to install on my throttle cam?
(the pictures does not show my throttle cam, but the portion above the cam looks similar).
Similarly, do you have any good advice on how to install a steering position sensor (string pot sensor) to the steering column of a 944? Here is my steering position sensor: http://www.race-technology.com/strin...g_10_1417.html
Thanks in advance.

Are you still trying to get that figured out? Thats an afternoon of easy relaxed fab time. Have our team watch my kids during the work time I bet I could get the time alotment from T-bird.

Yeah, I am feeling a little guilty about relying on the good faith of friends lately, so I am hesitant to ask.
I would like to get these fabbed up before the Watkins Glen club race because I plan to ask a much better driver than me to "drove my car" and I want to see the inputs directly rather than indirectly through speed and lat/long gs . . .
Let's touch base.

Geoffrey posted pics of his install of the steering pot and the shock sensors a couple months ago. He has a MoTeC system and the sensors looked a bit different than yours (IIRC) but I also think his posts might help (or a call, he does it as his day job).
