Default ATTN RACERS, need Lexan Help

Okay,

Is 1/8" lexan thick enough to be run as quarter windows and side windows if they're secured with riv nuts to the body (side windows are sliders and don't roll down)?

I plan on going up and beyond 200mph so I'm looking for lightweight but at the same time it needs to withstand pressure I guess. I'm going to have louvers/vents put into the lexan rear hatch to help vent and move air from the cabin.

This is the fashion of fastening I was speaking of:

I run 1/8" polycarbonate (not Lexan brand, but the same basic stuff) with side windows (with sliders) attached at only 11 points on the driver's door and it is secure at 165. I cannot comment at 200.

In regard to window thickness, try contacting this company for answers:

Plan carefully before cutting louvers or vents into the rear hatch lexan. Having a wing on the car at those speeds can do wierd things to the air flow and air pressure on the hatch. I remember having a rear window being pushed IN by the aero pressure.....

Yes I've seen some disturbing pics of a concave rear hatch, the factory 968 Turbo RS had carbon fiber trusses on the inside to prevent it deforming. I'm most likely going to have a similar setup, but I'm thinking the louvers will help prevent bow out.
