The technician at my dealer never fails to mention that he knows I track the car--probably something to do with the rollbar, GT3 seats, harnesses and my talking about it, or it could be that I have had them do tech inspections for me. Nevertheless, I've had stellar warranty support from the dealer. Hearing the horror stories from others makes me doubly glad that I bought where I did.
I switched my auto insurance to State Farm only because they did not exclude DE. Well, that will come to an end with my May 15, 2007, renewal, so I signed up with Snelling for DE-only insurance.

I think it was like 11x17 or something like that. There was a "sweet spot" in the pricing so it was something like $44 for one size, only $3 more for the next ($47 I got), and then it jumped.
I wouldn't want to go any smaller for 3 digits...

Huge changes over at LRP... There's lots of new paving, but it's soft and doesn't have good base. The "Trough" in the men's room was replaced a couple of years ago with individual urinals. The track, well, they keep patching that spot on the uphill line - but no word of repaving. The sides of the track are very different - where it used to be nice woodlands and grass, now there's lots of fencing, tires, etc.
Other threads went into detail on how the track wasn't ready for us... Freshly bulldozed runoff not only trapped errant cars, but shut down the event for 15 minutes at a time as the tow trucks tried to extract them from several inches of mud and rocks the size of melons. There was a pond created by broken water mains on the right rumble strip entering NoName - put a 996 into the wall (it's totaled).
All in all, it's time for some upgrading
