I worked at the track this past weekend and a friend of mine and I got to sit down and watch this race.
When Leh came around after the first lap I said to my buddy that he would lap the slowest cars in 5 laps.
After the second lap I corrected that. It was clear at that point he would lap them in 4.
Leh, watching you pull up through T1 passing 4 and 5 cars at a whack was truly amazing. Justin Jackson also drove very well and fast but had no chance to keep up.
It was a blast watching it on video as well. Leh, it would be great to see a few laps while driving thru traffic. Post them if you can.
thanks.

I, too, was amazed by the clarity of the video image. Would you tell us a little bit about your setup?
BTW, AWESOME drive!

the cam setup is a RACECAM... www.racecam.com
autometrics sets it up.. i think it has remote mics and all kinds of stuff....it works perfectly... and if you crash it wont quit till you turn it off... wich is cool..

The big advantage of the Racecam setup is that it has an adjustable height filter that you can use that drops down from the top that helps with contrast from outside to inside. You can build your own using a bullet camera and filter material.
The Racecam also has dual microphones and an S-VGA input which makes for very nice pics.
I have one hooked up to a Sony GDV-1000 minidv deck that is in a padded Pelican case. Works great.
