Post '73 911 RS Lightweight

I'm interested in PCA club racing a '73 911 RS Lightweight in D stock. Would this car be competative in such a high class? I no longer have much of the original lightweight glass that lowered the weight.

If it is a real one I would be wary of Club Racing. Hate to see an RS get bashed up. I would build or buy a dedicated car for D class...

No sense to run it in D if it's not going to make the minimum weight. You can always run in E as an RS Touring. There it can be competitive if you're a great driver like Mike Piera who runs an RS touring replica in E. He has taken the checkered flag in this ultra-competitive class.
