New Road Course In Western Pa!
Construction has begun on the BeaveRun Motorsports Complex... first event on the North Course is scheduled for September 2001. The South course is expected to be completed and available sometime during the 2nd quarter 2002. Check out their website... Photo's have been posted showing the latest construction activities!

Burning Brakes
Let's hope that one goes smoother than Rausch Creek. From a recent press release:
"The timing between the latest construction delay and Rausch Creek’s press release saying that they were seeking “major track sponsorship” led some concerned parties to wonder if the privatly-funded track had run into financial difficulties."
Yea, I'd say that seems likely...<sigh>
In any case the track map on both of them look great.

I've already been cancelled out of one track session in June at Raush Creek. Hoping they'll get things together to open by August. The map and layout look great, and it's certainly within striking distance for those of us in the NY-NJ-CT area.
