Good luck to everyone who's going! I'm sure I'm not the only one who wish's they could be there. I guess I'll have to wait till Road Atlanta..

Shawn

I for one am glad you're not going. and if you could miss Atlanta, too, that would be grealy appreciated.

BTW, Congrats, and thanks for being a Rennlist sponsor. This place may be as much fun as the track.

I'm very happy being a sponsor, this is a great board! I've been lurking for many years. I'm hoping at Road Atlanta we can get together for a beer. Are you in Chicago now or on your way to FL? Good luck to you and Phillips.

In chicago... leave for Fla tomorrow.

Thanks, Jeff and I will do our best. F class is down a bit this year, and E has 30 entries. Go figure.
We're throwing Mike Walsdorf into the sharktank this trip. Can you imagine a better place to learn how to swim than the Sebring Club Race?

we'll have a beer for sure at the Irish pub at Chat Elan

To the Rest of the Board:
Shawn (Mr laps Inc) is a very fast drover, whether in autocross or on the track. Took the class win at the Road America Enduro last year in one of his first club races. Just what we need, another fast guy in F

Nope, it was my first race too.

And I know what you're thinking Faems, it was NOT just after the track opened.

I've heard Mike (advent?) was doing his first club race there! Good for him. What an exciting and historic place to get your rookie liscense! We've got 5 (all LAPS members) new clubracers all very good drovers and great friends of mine doing their first race @ Atlanta. All in F Class It's going to be very competitive out there this year. I'm looking forward to the beer @ chateau and introducing the guys to hwfmr .

Yes, Mike is the Big Frommage at Advent.

F thru I is already very competitive at Atlanta. There are some water-pumper drovers there in GA who really know their way around the place. Very disconcerting to look over on the grid and see an I car.

Being one of the 5 F newbies who will get their feet wet in Atlanta, I really am hoping that your motto is true! I know i will spin a lot and hope to at least hit one apex! Good luck in Sebring and see you in Hotlanta.

Shawn,

We're expecting #2 in early May, but I may try to weasel my way down to Atlanta. I'll let you know if I'm going. Good luck with LAPS Inc.

Otherwise, I'll see you in Joliet...

Must have been exciting back when it was still an airfield!

Yes, and Larry is still uncomfortable when he gets on an aircraft that only has one set of wings instead of two

How true, I like main wings AND tail wings. Most commercial planes don't work well with less than that.
