Can someone tell me when/if airbags are required to be removed from a car or disabled for track events? Are they allowed for Solo 1 events?

I haven't heard of any drivers education group requiring air bag removal - would be interesting to know if some organization requires removal. I just checked the PCA Club Racing rules, and couldn't find mention of air bags anywhere (although it may be implicit when they say any steering wheel is allowed, for example).

Hey Eric...sounds like you're up to the same thing I am (new steering wheel). I bought a Momo wheel at Speedware in December. The hub adapter is "in the mail". I also just picked up the jumper for disabling the air bags yesterday. Are you still going to run P3 next year?

My upgrade plans this year are steering wheel, better pedals, race seats (and harness), RS motor mounts and shifter. I need all the help I can get to beat Ron this year :-)
