1997 RSR completed
I thought everyone might like to see the Ex - Alex Job Factory RSR that we just completed. It was in the shop for about 9 months. It had a total refurb including engine, trans and just about anything else you can think of.
Here are a few shots of the transformation.
A few shots from its arrival to completion. Ready for HSR action this year.

I was getting to more photos and info.
Specialty Cars in Allentown, PA.
We thoroughly enjoyed working on this car and can't wait to see it back in action in 2007.

I have to say one cool thing about the 993 bodied cars is once you strip away the fenders and bumpers you see something oh so similar to that 1964 901 chassis. Imgaine a 33+ year old tub design still winning races at the pro level. Dare I say it is the ultimate Air Cooled Normally Aspirated 911.

Great, um, Job! Sorry couldn't resist.
Beautifully done. That car has a younger sibling running around. The '99 AJR RSR is also still alive and well. Great to see these cars are going to people who really appreciate them.

Nice. Thanks for the share. I like the look of well sorted but not pristine showroom don't dare get it dirty by playing with it race cars. The front end has seen a ding in the sheet metal or two. A well cared for but used as intended power tool.

Is this the AJR No. 23 (chasis 067) that won at Daytona and Sebring in 1999?
This car was #22 in 1999. It is Chassis #69. It was #23 in 1998 and I think '97.
