Colin, Please don't change your avatar. That works with anything.

Yeah, I will miss racing you. I plan to get crushed in GTC1, but that's ok. I figure I will learn something racing a spec class.

Hey Geoffrey, let Larry race that rocket you built and he won't be left out for too long, but will infact be leaving ever more cars behind him.

Might a Bosch Hammer show up with the car?

But seriously, I am sure we can figure something out. You would probably still want to bring your car to drive all the practices and learn the track.

Also, what is the exhaust setup we'd have to run in gtc-1?
Correct. The only suspension you can run is the extremely rare and completely unavailable European Racing Carrea Cup suspension. It was not used on any other car and is completely one-off for the racing series only. It consists of non-adjusting Bilstein shocks and special progressive Eibach springs and non-adjustable monoballs.

The Cup USA cars were delivered with a much different setup. No parts are the same. It is the same setup used on the European Carrera RS.

That said, I think it would be reasonable for you to be allowed to convert the car to GTC-1 specs using "equivalent" suspension - since the original is no longer available new. We know the spring rates and similar non-remote-reservoir Bilsteins could be re-valved to the original racing Cup specs. I don't think anyone would have a problem with that.

There is usually a Metro NY PCA DE on the two days before the club race. So the DE'ers (and racers) should all sign up for that too.
