Phil,

Good luck with your hernia surgery and get well soon.

You know I had forgotten that you mentioned you were selling the GT3 when I saw you at the Glen in August (Metro advanced DE, etc. - that was a wet one).

Can't wait to see your new car. I may drive down to Nyack to have a look over the weekend.

Ciao.

Well, tomorrow I'm taking my tranny into the shop. 2nd gear still isn't working.

So I'm hoping and praying and probably gonna resort to begging my mechanic (Jim Burton at Eurowerks) to turn it around as soon as possible so I can make it to the event!

And this weekend, I'll be at A930Rockets house helping him finish his engine so that hopefully he can make it too!!!!

Too much going on!!!!

I hope I make it. Haven't missed this event in 5 years. Don't want to start now!

Anyone have a 930 trans they want to sell?

Brian

Brian,

Is that why I did not see you around Sunday or was it the weather?

I thought the event with Synergy was nice except 65 cars in the White group was a little too much, even for the full course.

Hope you get her sorted and there in Nov.

Both. I wasn't sticking around - plus it was me and my wife's anniversary so I figured since I couldn't fully take advantage of the track with my gear problems and the rain, that I may as well go home and "do the right thing" - took the wife out to a nice dinner for our anniversary - watched a movie together!

Matt,

Not taking into consideration the time you had to wait and limited time on track, what were the differences between what Spencer and David had to say to you?

I personally gained a lot from David.

We leave in 8 days and are on track in 9 days. Believe me, I am watching closely with having parts in the air from Germany.......

I have emailed Russ Struck 2 times with no response. I am an instructor and am trying to get into the event. Anyone know how to get in touch with Russ or someone else to help me?

Hum, Less then two weeks to go at one of NNJR's largest events with an overload of instructors (70+ in red) already accepted..... Dosen't seem like good odds to me. You might want to SEND IN an application early on in the future instead of trying to get in via email at the last minute......
