Default GT3 Cup Door Panels

Anyone know if I can fit the GT3 cup door panels onto a street 996 door? I am going to a full weld in cage and would like to move the door bars out as far as possible and that is tough with the factory door panels.

GT3 cup doors don't have panels, they are one piece carbon fiber. You can get repro doors from a few of the fiberglass places. Good luck!

I have a driver's cup door. You could have our pair for the cost of one from PMNA

Where the hell were you guys last year when someone parked his GT3 Cup in my passenger's side?

Any extra driver's door mirrors? mufflers? read decklids? non delaminating tires?

The gt3 Cup doors do have a seperate "door trim" that goes over the top half of the doors, at least on the early cars. Not sure this would fit a street car, perhaps it could be fabed up somehow.

Ed,
My door bars interfere with the door panels so I just took them off. If you paint the inside of the door it actually looks pretty nice and it's easy to rig up a strap for operating the latch. I can take some pictures if you like.

Thanks for the offer on the doors, but I need to keep the stock heavy steel doors for PCA racing. The new cage I am planning will bo out into the current door panel. I think Jim probably has the right idea. Pics woudl be great if you can.
