No. A friend who went there last weekend on a lark, and bumped into someone who said he was one of the other principles.

 

Yeah, they have a Temorary Use Permit for three years instead of a zoning change. The 125 restriction appears to be for spectator "seating". The noise monitoring requirements; pre-event testing of cars, ongoing monitoring during events, removal of cars making "excess noise", placing limits on the number of cars on track if the noise becomes "excessive", etc., reminds me of another track in CT................
