oh, man I must need 18's too now. Actually I am spying BBS RE's. But alas, I already broke my annual budget and it's still April.

Sleder, pics are mandatory when you get those! FM10's?

Kgorman, don't look for FM10's, I decided to be a bit differnet on this car and bought Mach V's. As soon as they arrive and the get mounted I will post. We are getting close though. Shipping should be 4.24...

Mach V's are nice. Mine are 17" black anodized (easy to care for with brake dust and such).

I had the Mach Vs in black on my GT3. That anodizing is the best. Brake dust just did not stick to it, at all. Soap & water was all I ever needed to clean them.

With a gray car, I went with the techno polish. I understand the brake dust issues, but with all the gray it needed some bling...

Keep in mind that by going from 17 vs. 18 's you also need to consider your tire rate as it will effect your suspension and springs. If you are running an earlier torsion bar car this can be adventageous since these cars are a bit undersprung to begin with, even if you are running 31mm torsion bars.

Cheers, James

Cool I stick with the 17"...and..

drive the wheels off them. Rubber is cheaper...since I am not a "real" racer, I just want to get the best time possible and stay within my budget.

In my heart I know the 18" tires would be better...stiffer sidewalls and slightly wider...but they are heavier???

For me, there was a decision to made and I made it(with plenty of advise) bought the 18's and the Hoosiers. There went the budget, but it did need to be done. And this is a 964 with coil overs
