Here's a link to some pictures of Pinball at the PBOC races at Road Altanta a few weeks ago. There are a few pictures that you can see the cage. Pinball is a factory built 993 RSR.

Don't forget that the 993RSR cages do not go through the firewall into the engine compartment like a 964 Cup car cage. If you are interested in cage similar to the Matter cage, but one that ties into the front suspension and into the rear engine compartement, and with an x brace in the rear seat area, check out www.stableenergies.com and look at the safety devices cage kits they have available. That might give you some idea of what you are looking for.

Kary: why dont you just go by M.O.M. and take pictures of Albert's RSR? Also, Tim is currently working on the design for the new racecar, so he probably has some thoughts to share with you.

My cage is sort of a version of the Cup Car cage built to vintage standards:

Oh yes, and finished it looks so much nicer than on these in-process pics....

You'll notice that the shop built an extra reinforcement on the drivers door bar which is not present on the cup cars. Just some additional safety.

Thank you everyone for the replies and pictures. This is very helpful. My biggest issue is really my long torso'ed body. Getting everything right so that I ma below the roll cage is the hard part!

Thanks again for the help!
